Representative

eGIX Inc. today announced that Timothy Thomas has
joined the company as a customer service representative.
In this role,
Thomas’ duties include assisting customers with technical
inquiries regarding services and account information, such as
billing issues, technical support and complaint resolution.
A native of
Tacoma, Wash., Thomas attends ITT Technical Institute. He
currently resides on the east side of Indianapolis.
