Signs on as Communications Sponsor with Indiana Pacers

local phone service to organization—
Carmel, Ind.–
Steve Johns, president and CEO of Carmel-based eGIX Inc., today
announced that the company has become a sponsor of the Indiana
Pacers through the end of 2005.
“We were honored
that the Pacers approached us for this sponsorship, and we are
delighted to support an organization that so greatly represents
the city of Indianapolis, and the entire state,” said Johns.
As part of the
agreement, eGIX will provide the Pacers with one of its
communications offerings, local telephone service. eGIX in
return will receive ‘Official Sponsor’ status and promotional
consideration from the Pacers, including sponsorship of the “Ask
the Pacers!” portion of the Pacers’ web site.

Entertainment sponsor team and will provide us with local
communications service. We are especially excited that we can
join forces with an Indiana company headquartered within the
