Carmel, Ind., August 16, 2004–eGIX Inc. today announced that Mitchell Languell has joined the company as a customer service representative.
In this capacity, Languell assists customers with inbound customer service and technical inquiries regarding services and account information, including billing issues, technical support and complaint resolution.
A resident of Indianapolis, Languell holds an associate’s degree in computer networking.
