The Call Forwarding Auto Redirect service provided by evolve
Business Solutions allows you to define a failover or "backup"
destination for incoming calls for your main business number.
Once configured, the service will activate automatically in the
event your PBX, Key System line(s) go offline or connectivity is
lost to the premise. Once all connections and equipment are back in
service and online, Call Forwarding Auto Redirect deactivates
itself, which allows calls to resume normal flow to your PBX or Key
System. The backup destination for incoming calls can be any kind
of endpoint as long as it has a standard 10-digit number, such as a
remote office line, Call Center, cell phone, or home phone.
